TV2 with Easy-Touch

One instrument. Four sensors. No subscription.

The TV2 measures, displays, logs, charts and alarms temperature, relative humidity and differential pressure. Everything it records stays on the instrument and on hardware you own.

Two models, one experience

Choose by how you want the sensors to reach the display. Everything else is identical.

TV2-202 $599.00

Wired sensors

Four sensor sockets on the underside of the case. Readings update about every four seconds. Sensor leads are 20 ft as standard and extend to roughly 200 ft with CC-25 cable.

Best when you can run cable, and for differential pressure, which is wired only.

TV2-201 $649.00

Wireless sensors

A built-in receiver pairs with up to four wireless sensors. Readings update about every twenty seconds. Transmitters sit outside the cold unit with the probe fed through the gasket.

Best across a warehouse, a gallery, or anywhere pulling cable is impractical.

Both ship with the TView software, an interface cable, a 120 VAC supply, the internal battery backup and the user guide. Sensors are ordered separately so you only buy the ranges you need. Or see full list pricing with PayPal cart for sensors and options.

Readable from the doorway

The color Easy-Touch screen shows every sensor at once with its current reading and its maximum and minimum. While a value is inside its limits it is green. The moment it leaves, it turns red.

That is the whole convention, and it is why sites put the display where staff already walk past. Nobody has to be trained, and nobody has to open anything to check.

Touch any reading and its history chart replaces the status screen. Zoom out for the trend, zoom in on an event, or step through individual readings in trace mode to read off the exact time.

Alarms that escalate the way you want

Each sensor carries a high limit, a low limit and a delay. A door opening or a defrost cycle passes; a genuine failure does not. Separate alarms cover power failure, low battery and a missing sensor.

  • Internal buzzer and flashing screen at the instrument
  • Dry normally-open relay contact, fused 0.5 A under 30 V, for a siren, strobe, building alarm or auto-dialer
  • Text and email to several recipients through TView on your network
  • Optional auto-dialer places calls with a sixteen second recorded message

What it records, and where it keeps it

80,000readings held per sensor in non-volatile memory, roughly 18 months at a ten minute interval
4 sbetween wired sensor samples; about 20 s for wireless
72 hof continued monitoring, logging and alarming on the internal battery
128-bitencryption on downloaded files, with an electronic signature indicator in TView

Why 100 hours matters

A cooling failure and a power failure often arrive together, and the hours right after one are exactly when nobody is watching. The internal lithium-ion cell keeps the monitor sampling, logging and alarming through the outage, then recharges itself when mains power returns. The screen sleeps to conserve the cell; data collection does not stop.
