Document storage conditions across a large space, and confirm the HVAC is actually doing what the drawings say.
Put the four sensors in four parts of the building and you have a temperature and humidity balance study running permanently, not just during a commissioning week. Put them in four different rooms instead and one display covers all four.
Each sensor's readings are stored every few minutes in non-volatile memory, so a power interruption does not cost you the record.
Wireless where cable is impractical
Wireless sensors avoid pulling cable across a warehouse. Wired sensors suit fixed cold rooms and reach about 200 feet with extension cable.
Alarms that reach the right people
The relay output drives an external siren or an auto-dialer. With TView running on a PC, text and email alerts go out to a list you control.
Monthly reporting
If you store goods on behalf of a customer, print or email a chart of conditions each month straight from the archived data.
