Catch an HVAC problem while it is still a temperature reading rather than a hardware failure.
Four remote sensors let you check the supply air, the hot aisle, the far corner that never gets enough flow, and the room as a whole. Temperature alone or temperature with humidity, wired or wireless.
The chart display can be scaled so that small departures stand out: hold a room at 22 °C and set the chart to show 21 to 25 °C, and a two degree drift becomes obvious from across the room.
Ties into what you already run
The dry contact relay wires into a building alarm or a security panel. The optional BACnet interface publishes readings to a building automation system.
Runs through an outage
The internal battery keeps the monitor logging and alarming for at least 100 hours, which covers exactly the window when a cooling failure is most likely to go unnoticed.
No recurring charges
Data is copied to a computer on your own LAN. There is no subscription and no third party holding your facility data.
