Refrigerator alarm

Monitor, alarm, chart and log up to four refrigerators, with alerts that reach people who are not in the building.

One TV2 and a PC monitoring four refrigerators

The TV2 records every refrigerator continuously in non-volatile memory and draws the chart on the Easy-Touch display. If a unit gets too warm or too cold it tells you which one, sounds the alarm, and can send a text, an email or a phone call.

The best protection is an aware staff. Because the current reading and the max/min sit in plain view and turn red the moment they leave the safe range, problems get caught while they are still small.

High and low limits with a delay

Each sensor has its own high and low alarm plus a delay, so a door left open for a moment or a tray of warm product does not raise a false alarm. Only a sustained rise or fall does.

A chart you can read without training

Touch any temperature to see its history. Expand the chart to spot a trend, zoom in on a single reading, or use trace mode to read off the exact time a reading was taken. The same chart prints, or exports to Excel through TView.

Documented for inspection

Automatic download keeps a monthly file on your own server. Encrypted files with electronic signatures are what sites use to satisfy 21 CFR Part 11 oriented procedures, and the same records address JCAHO PC.17.10 and CAP recommendations for logged refrigerator temperatures.
